Wonderful experience with Joseph and his team with both renting then selling my condo!! They were extremely professional, reliable, personable, honest, really know the market (best time to sell, what changes to make to the property before selling, etc) and were able get an offer over asking before it went on the market. Joseph Poduslo and the Poduslo group are the ONLY choice when buying and selling real estate in the DC, VA, and MD area. Joseph was able to find a property that checked all my real estate needs: outdoor space, floor-to-ceiling windows, gourmet kitchen in a mid-size contemporary building.
