Scams all around. Promises that they cannot keep and will turn around and blame you and will try to charge you for whatever they think is possible. Their mover don't communicate and will blame you for not being able to load/unload because there was constructions that day. Really like the the idea but the customer service is horrible. Impossible to talk to anyone. Tried phone, text, and the web messaging and nothing.

I booked a long-distance move several weeks in advance with PODS. During the sales call, I provided a detailed description of our driveway and specific dimensions of where the pod would be placed. I was extremely detailed because we lived in a row of townhomes sharing a single driveway. However, each home has enough room for two large SUVs in front of their respective garage which do not obstruct the driveway at all. I would really like to thank all of the members who assisted with pickup, transport, and drop of of my POD. You are ALL amazing, and the process overall (quote, order, drop of, pickup, etc.) was incredibly efficient. The drivers that deliver the PODs are craftsman in how they navigate around difficult trees and layouts. All of you are amazing! Lastly, the drivers doing the long haul drive, thank YOU SO MUCH!
