Excellent staff and doctors, my kids felt very confortable and quite to be there.
Even do the baby cry everybody is súper nice and took care about my dougther teeth
I have been taken my kid for a long time, they are very professional.

I love the staff, the dentist that rotate and the service. The only down side is the long wait.

All my kids have insurance but I don’t know that my baby insurance expired .we was there and she was sitting to do her teeth and the lady on the counter come running and telling them that she don’t have insurance the way she told them is bad I felt mad and I didn’t like it

When you and your family arrive we notice that you bring your younger daughter and we try to see her too as your requested, but unfortunately her medicaid was not active. The worst customer service I've received by any professional. Some of the staff members are very rude and Dr. Zephirin has the dishonesty of charging you out of pocket and then billing you and your insurance for what you already paid for. A complain on the Florida Board of Medicine has been filed that's how bad the issue is.
The appointment was cancelled at the same time the appointment was set. I was in the elevator to the office when I got the phone called cancelation. The employee informed me the system was not working.
