I've been frequenting this restaurant since probably the early 2000's. As someone who moved down here from New England, who's also been down to New Orleans many of times, I have to say that this place has the best seafood in the city/area. It's as close to cajun as you'll find outside of Nola. Now, onto the customer service... You will be greeted with a huge smile from every member of the staff. Amazing customer service! If you like seafood, you'd be doing a disservice to yourself if you didn't at least give them a try.

The service was awesome. The food not so much. The fried Pickels and Hush puppies were good. The jambalaya was not good. It had half a piece of sausage in it and shredded chicken. Very tomato tasting. The crab cake tasted wrong...too crabby?? And the potaoes that came out with it....not good.
It's OK,but can't compare to Tim's Cajun Kitchen. The fried oysters were too heavily battered in cornmeal for my liking. And for what you actually get on a plate, a bit over priced.

My family and I LOVE Po-Boy Factory. My 6 year old son loves the catfish filets and will often eat 3 of them. I can't ever remember having bad service here. We have been eating here since 2007 and will continue to do so in the future! Great job on everything you do!!!

Love the atmosphere and the shrimp and crabcakes were fantastic!! We will definitely be back!!!
The sandwiches are great, and the seafood combo was one of the best I've had, and at a great price. I have a healthy appetite, and left the table stuffed. They don't skimp on any one item just because three are included. And try the "hot damn" sauce. One of the best creations in food.
