Wife and I went here yesterday and had the special. I had crawfish po'boy with gumbo, she had shrimp po'boy with red beans and rice, both came with fries too. Loved dragging my fries through the roulon (spell check that) sauce and on my sandwich. It was all excellent, loved the gumbo was full of crawfish. Then we had the best bread pudding ever, I mean EVER. My wife and I are from South Louisiana, so we know seafood. Food was good, but not nearly as good as uncle js seafood and more on hwy 64 in kelso tn. Least they serve hot boiled shrimp and good fried oysters. Cant say that 4 po boys
Best Cajun food in Huntsville. I had a bowl of Crawfish & Shrimp Ettoffee and a Crawfish and Shrimp PoBoy with fries. Waitress kept my tea glass full and had my food at table in about 10 minutes. It was hot and seasoned just right. I would recommend you try the food here.
Excellent food. We always enjoy eating here. Not fancy surroundings but reminds you of New Orleans. Food is never a disappointment.
Always my favorite! The portions are generous and the service is always speedy! Love it!!!
Server was great. Really not impressed with the muffaletta. Three of us had it...extremely salty. One person had the catfish special....cooked perfectly. Child did not like the kids chicken basket...said chicken "tasted funny"...I am assuming they use the same oil to cook everything in and the funny taste had to do with the "fishiness". Atmosphere was light and casual, allowing for easy conversation. Cannot say we will be back, but others may enjoy it more. Again, great service.

I'm really sorry to hear this..... I wish you would try us again and maybe try one of our grilled or blackened dinners. I know the muffaletta's are pretty salty but that's because of the olive dressing. Olive's are just naturally salty.
