I had an appointment, before I left my house we called James and he assured me he was going to keep the keys and it would be there. We have a 3 hrs drive and a ferry ride. I texted him we just missed the ferry and would be on the next one. They sold the car while we were boarding the next ferry he did call and let me know. I am glad it happened!

Cris.This is accurate and unfortunate.We had a buyer say no to a car, then circle back around a few hours later.We called you at the first possible moment and even then knew we would probably get a bad review, had to sell the car.
Good experience overall. Just a minor communication mishap or two when arranging to test-drive the car. Overall, though, as good an experience as I've had with any car dealer and probably better than average.

I had a great experience. I was contacted right after I submitted my interest through car gurus. We set up a test drive and they kept in touch via text (I chose that method of communication). The staff is friendly, Zac is laid back and down to earth, and I am happy with the whole experience. Hands down the SIMPLY THE BEST car buying experience we've EVER had. We came down from Alaska to shop around and purchase a BMW wagon. Zac assisted us through the entire process and had both vehicles we came to see clean, waiting and ready for us to see when we arrived.
