RecommendedI just purchased an Audi Allroad from Devin and James at PNW Luxury Cars. From start to finish, it was an honest and transparent process. I was never pressured or felt like I was being sold to. Their business model for customer service and satisfaction should be standard in the industry. It is obvious they have built a great reputation as a small dealership and intend to keep it that way. I would highly recommend Devin and James to anyone and will for sure be back to purchase another car from them in the future!

I had just an ok experience with this dealer. There was the usual “the final numbers are different” when I got the contact, but that was fixed relatively easy. The biggest issue I had was that two months into owning the car I learned the car had an oil leak that was to cost close to 2k to fix. Seemed a little unreasonable given I had had it for less than 60 days, but they wouldn’t do anything about it. I would have been happy if they even covered half.
It was a really easy and great experience. Devin did a really good job and was super quick!
The management was extraordinarily helpful and generous on price and service. I ended up buying a car from them and am very pleased with the car and the price. However when I went to pick up the car on Monday, they had only one person on staff and he was quite overwhelmed which made actually dealing with the paperwork and getting out of there in a timely way more time consuming then it should have been.
