Worst banking institution. **************** is absolutely rude. I will be closing all of my accounts with them and have been a customer for over 15 years. Make a credit card payment online the day its due and get hit with a late fee. Pay your credit in full and get hit with interest two days later its non refundable they wont give it back. **************** laughs when you say they have the worst customer service. Just very rude staff. Will let everyone I know to never bank with PNC.

RK Back In 2020 I filed for a hardship with PNC Bank this was when the ***** Pandemic was raging. The hardship required me to make partial payments of my full payment for my truck $535mo. I made the partial payments until some stability started to happen. I then continued making my full payment of $535mo. Till present.
