I would give zero stars. My van was repossessed without warning. They came one night while I was asleep and stole it from the driveway. I had called to make a payment before they said their system was down I would have to mail it. I mailed same day. Placed in *********** box outside post office. Been four weeks and two days now claim never received it jow they repossessed the van and all my personal items and Hall ************* items. I am trying to refinance with a new company.

Me and my husband went into PNC in ********* ** on 10/14/2022 to cash a check I received from WC. The teller ***** had to verify the check which she called the number on the check to verify. She came back to tell us the check is not verifiable. Which I knew she was going to do because she was racially profiling me and my husband. We called the customer service # on the check which he confirmed he verified the information and told her to cash it. I even went as far as calling my lawyer and she lied to them to. PNC is the worst bank Ive came across and does not care about its customers. My family and I have done business with them for almost 2 decades and we are on our way out. I traveled towards the end of the summer and was unable to make a payment on my credit card which had a low balance of $400 out of the $5000 limit. I utilized the app and attempted to make my payments as I usually would and kept getting the message this service is unavailable at this time. First, they failed to close out an autopay I asked them to cancel. Then, they lied to my face about the processing time a request would take. Next they LIED TO THE CREDIT AGENCIES, saying that we were delinquent, despite admitting that they had our payments. Then a banker lied when we went to close the account about the time it would take to close out the account. THEN A BANKER LIED TO US ABOUT THE ACCOUNT BEING CLOSED. Do NOT use this bank. Beware Beware Beware!

We are banking with PNC for 20 years and had been very happy with them in the past. But that has dramatically changed over the last 12 months. Customer service is very unreliable. When we call and leave a message to be called back; nobody calls you back. We have an investment account with PNC Investments, same story and the statements are not very transparent. Overall the recent experience with PNC is not pleasant and we are seriously considering, changing the bank.

I have had PNC BANK many years no problems, they used to be a good bank but now a nightmare bank.They are liars, cheat, and steal money from customers.I will be ending my relationship with this terrible bank once I've disputed my transactions.This bank needs to be sued.

Horrible customer services! I’ve never left a bad review this is my first time ever doing so to warn people of the horrible experience I’ve endure. My account was hacked without me giving any information out to anyone. I received an email notification stating that the password on my app had been changed then another email saying that a new phone number from Florida was added then another email with Zelle transaction made with all my balance in my account. This bank is horrible poor customer services . Another company stole money from my me and PNC told me I should review my account daily . I am mom of 7 and I work full time . I just joined this bank and I had several problems from dirty locations to no deposit forms . plus she attempted to call me by my fist name ….. I’m going back to my credit union

PNc has numerous subsidiaries It is deceptive since No mailing campaign or otherwise to inform. .Please advise if all PNC or exception applies? Do not respond with the canned statement “PNC takes our customers concerns very seriously. We will be working privately with our customer to resolve this matter” as I do not have issue to resolve.
