Never charged $7.00 service in 5 years. Never notified they were charging the fee. One letter notified of my account being closed for inactivity. Would not will not give them one cent more.

The branches have all gone 'cashless' so you can't deposit or withdraw your own money at a branch, which is insane to me. The website and app (or both at the same time) are constantly not working. It's a lot of fun to not be able to manage your business checking account in any way while both are down. If you do try to withdraw money at a branch, they treat you as if you're sticking the place up. Just an overall awful experience and I've had my business account with them for over a decade. Im a long time loyal client of PNC that prefers familiarity to change. With that said, and having been a client for 40 plus years, it's time to get off. You can only rub your clients face in the mud so much before they bee-line out of your client base.Your online service has been down for nearly a week now. This past weekend 12/03/2022 my PNC debit card was used at an ATM while i physically had my card on me. I got notification on my phone about my account balance and was horrified to see withdrawal being made at a ATM on Celestial Street in the Mt Adam's area so I drove to the address and it's a 5/3rd ATM..The beginning I wake up to notification, I call PNC.The customer service rep tells me SO many ways this could have happened someone can use a blank card and key in card infor or a duplicate card was made,or possibly a family... read more

My credit card expires 11/30/22. I have Been told 4 times it was mailed 11/22/22. It is not here 11/30/22. I have good credit. The card has had the balance paid every month. I have never had to wait for a card before. It is very poor irresponsible business practice to show the customer. Now customer service says to wait till Friday 12/2/22 and it will come. Can they be believed? I will go into the local PNC office 12/1 to confirm.

This is just a customer service complaint. Nothing that can be done and, indeed, this behavior is typical of the "service" provided by big organizations so this isn't unusual but bad service is still bad service. I hate the automated robots. I have never called PNC before and if I am calling a business its because I need something unique. Robots only work for run of the mill stuff and I suspect most people are like me, we hate calling so if we are calling it's unique and the robot is just going to frustrate. Wish I could give negative stars. They got me used to convenience and dependent on their quick deposits. In most recent weeks, they have now gone to making my deposits unavailable until the next week. No warning, no indication of a policy change, nothing. When I call to try and rectify and file a complaint, they send the most submissive waste of oxygen to just repeat how sorry they are while also not giving any explanation. Unprofessional service. For example, I called to transfer my credit debt from my PNC credit card to another card and the PNC worker made a condescending comment to me... "Well I am confused why you are only transferring $500 when you owe way more than that." Well, PNC Bank, life is different for everyone & after being homeless I did have to rely on my credit to get through. PNC Bank will also cut your credit limit without notice. Cashed a $1,200 check at video teller machine on Nov. 2nd with bank manager present. Money never dispensed. Was told I would get a call that day. No call came. I called pnc customer support 11 times. Nobody could tell me anything about my money. It is now Nov. 12th and pnc still has my $1,200. Guy who wrote me the check can't get anywhere with pnc.
