2 Weeks ago I was going to deposit Euros ********* at a current exchange of $31,030.00.PNC wanted to deposit $27,000.00!!! That is over 13 % below market value!Is that even legal?Last week, I deposited a Certified Check for $24,000.00 and the branch manager (********************, *******), stated that they placed a 5 day hold on the funds without being able to give me a reason and actually letting me know at the time I deposited the check.In over 23 years, the longest I had to wait for a certified check to clear my account w... read more

My Mom made me Financial ***** of ********* and all papers were filed at the bank. However, because of "internal policies" they will not allow me to do what she needs done in order to get her finances in order to enter a long term nursing care facility. Even though I am legally her POA, they insist that she has to physically come into the bank to put beneficiaries on her account, even though she is in the hospital with ***** and cannot walk. My Mother was banking with PNC over 30 years and after she passed its been an absolute nightmare having to work with this bank. They do not return phone calls or emails. Do not give updates and worst of all will not give me an explanation of what the issue is and why it is taking over 3 months to REFUND THE MONEY THEY TOOK OUT OF HER ACCOUNT THAT WAS FROZEN!!!!!!!!!!

I caught covid and was hospitalized for over a month. My account went negative and I paid it soon as I got out and they still closed my acct. worse bank

**** pay does not work. Been three weeks still no sign of the check. They offered to issue a stop payment on the "lost" check. Then they decided to stop payment on checks I wrote cuase they were of the same amount. Can not even tell what checks they write vs what checks are written by the account owner (Can't even tell me the Bill pay Check number they issued).

Sadly, customers continue to go in circles, and no one is ever on the same page. PNC is horrible, and they continue to lie to their customers. ***********************************, ********************, and ***************************** are all incompetent individuals.

Absolute worst banking experience I have ever gone through. I opened up a business checking account to establish a relationship with PNC and from the beginning I was red flagged. This was later explained that the flagging came from an *** for one of ***********. The *** mind you was a basic payment for products to my company. I was not able to deposit money into my account for a good two weeks while they did their due diligence. The worst bank to deal with. No customer service. If I ask for change I need ID and have to sign a receipt. I give them $5.00 and want 5 ones? New tellers evertime I go in. I try to use ATM whenever possible. I would change banks but to much to change so I live with it.<br /> <br /> <br />

I went here to withdraw money of my card from the atm they took my debit card and want give it back. Then talk to the manager she didnt even wanna help me
