The pnc customer service line and the listed services for this branch include 'instantly receive a lost debit card'. When I walk into the branch there are two managers just standing in the lobby staring into the distance. Another employee they identified as the intern was near asleep in one of the offices. When I ask them for the 'instant' debit card replacement they said I needed an appointment. I have two issues with PNC Bank:1. Their mobile app has been unusable for months. It accepts my user name and password but it just loads right back the the login page like nothing happened. I have a flagship phone that is less than a year old and the app is updated to the most recent version.2. I am very disappointed in this bank, they dont protect the customer they help the scammers steal money from our accounts and deny complaints to benefit the person who steals your information.

PNC Bank has been double debiting my checking account for, at least, the past eight months. My credit score indicates that I am very financially responsible, but PNC has a very infuriating way of gaslighting customers when strange accounting anomalies are noticed. Frankly, I am tired of this company stealing my money, forcing my account to overdraft ostensibly by utilizing dubious computer code, routinely misleading me about my ACTUAL available balance (i.e., real-time), and then suggesting that I shop with paper and pen to ... read more

Worst banking experience I have ever had. Never clear about changes. Doesnt notify when things change, just expect you to know what everything means, and does absolutely nothing to help you fix it.

We have worked on a HELOC for several weeks. Our loan officer refused to provide a written summary of our loan terms. She had poor grammar and communication in general. We asked for a new loan officer, which a representative said we could have. Then a supervisor stepped in and denied that request. Overall, not a financial institution I am willing to work with based on poor and inconsistent communication.

2 years ago I opened a secured card with PNC to build my credit (1000 limit). I did very well and went up to 730 credit score. *2 months ago I used my secured card littlebit more (around $300) but of course paid it off in few days.... but my credit score dropped 40 numbers. *Last week my credit score dropped another 45 numbers because my card was frozen by PNC bank but the branch manager couldn't figure out why. Worst bank I've ever seen in my life. It used to be a good bank. They lie directly to your face. The call center is rude and not helpful. Switching banks asap!

Terrible bank. Use anyone else. I refinanced with ********************* she lied, cheated and insulted me the whole way through.
