Great customer service. Not a long wait and did exactly what I wanted. We were kept comfortable while waiting and they had a large selection of services offered.
I read the reviews while getting my feet done and I can definitely tell where some of them come from. I had Hannah do my mani/pedi and have a few pointers. 1. she definitely rushes BUT she is a delight to talk to and be around. I instantly felt comfortable and relaxed. Rushing I mean she goes really fast. Not meaning sloppy work. 2. If you bleed easily, you will bleed. She got me a few times BUT I bleed every time I get my nails done so I expect it at this point. Hannah was so good to me. She stayed late just to make sure I got my nails done before my vacation. She did an amazing job with just a small Google pic to go off of. We talked about our kids and our very similar family life. It was a great experience, and I don't do this often because of bad experiences in my past. 10 out of 10 completely recommend.
