I had a pretty horrible experience renting here. Things were relatively fine until I moved out and they charged me $555 for cleaning, which is typically considered general wear and tear. Please be aware of this so called company. I put in an application, paying $185.00 in application fees. I received an email a few days later stating I was approved with certain conditions. It also stated that I needed to accept the offer within 24 hours. I tried calling the same day to accept the offer but I also had a few questions so I wanted to speak to someone directly. First few times I called no answer, I finally get someone on the phone and was told the person handling my application was on another call at the time. ... read more

It was a great experience until PMI NWI took over then raised my rent up $350 . They never wanted to update anything and tried to charge us $150 for an inspection they wanted done to decide if they were even going to renew our lease after 3 years, the nerve. So I wrote a honest review under their site and management decided it would be a great idea to put my personal business in the public eye. Not professional at all. I've been in my townhouse for 5yrs, I'm in the only unit that has not been updated, these ppl take over and raise my rent 700 more than what I was paying including $160 for my dogs a month and don't want to update.

This company undermined my daughter, who was sick with a 4 year old child into signing a document while at court before seeing a judge. A week later she lost the house she was renting and they forced her out with her 4 year old and then locked her out, all property inside. These people are the devil, STAY AWAY! 0 Stars!
