I was staying at 1008 2nd Street until they bought out my previous landlord, who I trusted. Our stove/broiler quit and i was contacted by Bea she had an appliance repair service come out ASAP. I also mentioned the filthy floors and garbage in our hallways she escalated it to management and stayed in touch with me. We also discussed the peeling paint and plaster in my Livingroom that happened 2 years ago and the hallways that were plastered and not painted 3 years ago. Bea is a definite asset to your group and treats me as a valued tenant rather than just a source of your income. A special thanks to Bea Dado

Out oven broiler broke. Contacted Bea and she had an appliance repair company come over ASAP. I also spoke to her another time about the dirty conditions of our hallways. She contacted the department and they cleaned up. Bea is a pleasure to deal with. She treats us as tenants not just income. She speaks to me like she lives here and cares. Tenants BEWARE! My experience with PMI NWI is very similar to many of the reviews below, which indicates that this is business as usual and it is their company policy to swindle tenants. There are fees on fees on fees with every interaction... as well as constant threats of fees with maintenance. I had a pretty horrible experience renting here. Things were relatively fine until I moved out and they charged me $555 for cleaning, which is typically considered general wear and tear. I wanted to talk to them about it, as I took good care of the unit and cleaned it upon moving out, and I emailed back and forth with a woman from the resident service team without my concerns being addressed.
