Horrible ER experience! My grandmother has been on ER since 11 am for a leg bacterial infection. By 6:30 pm they finally put us waiting on a room in the hallway of ER. They just moved us to a room finally no private room available and rooms are disgusting. Walls all dirty, floor has cotton and papers all over floor, lastly bathroom smells like urine and dirty with hair all over floor. Head nurse on shit is very rude also !
