Because I was there, in a room 401 for 6 days, so recently, and I'm so grateful to Dr. Rodriguez, Nurses Jeff, James, Pat and Jose' that are so professionals, full on love and care. THEY ARE BRILLIANTS!! THEY ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST!! THANK YOU ALL AND GOD BLESS YOU!!
In the last two years I’ve had a relative brought here 4 times. Each time the trauma and med-surg staff have been great. My issue has been each time with the staff at the front of the ER. No matter what you engage them about you get this stink eye attitude like your cutting into their Instagram time at work. It’s not isolated as I’ve been here 4 times in 24 months. I get better attitude and treatment from the security guards. The ER lobby staff needs retraining or termination.
