Worst place I have ever been in Miami. We got here at 0700 pm, is 11 pm and we haven’t been seen by a doctor. And we are in emergency is not like we are having a good time here, my girlfriend has been in pain for over 4 hours and waiting for medical attention!!! I want to see the medical bill when I receive it, I will be checking everything that this so call emergency room is going to charge me for this awful experience!!!
Very compassionate, competent care from everyone I encountered
Staff lacks knowledge. No doctors to be found once you’re in a regular room. No doctors after 5pm and nurses know absolutely nothing. Orderlies rough as can be.... only come here if you want to die.
Great care and great nurses and doctors. Great customer service.
I would recommend this hospital to anybody
The surgical team made my pre op experience relaxed as they kept my mi d busy with stuff I enjoy, like films and books. The tactics worked. I went to the OR with the confidence I was putting myself in caring hands🙏🏼
