Do not do business with this company! They were assigned to me by my home warranty company. **** *** *** ****** ** *** *******I had a gas leak at my house. The gas co. turned off my gas til I got it fixed. They gave me a "window" of 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon to be here to fix my gas leak. They did not show up, and they did not call. About 1:00 p.m. I called them to ask them where they were. They said they were "stuck on another job". I told them I had taken the day off work, and I needed my gas line fixed. I am unsure who this is. I do not have any scheduled or past scheduled jobs with anyone of that name.
Directed to them by **** **** ******** *******. Took 4 days to call me when the warranty company requires 24 hour notification. If they have a hard time fulfilling a contract obligation, then why do I want them in my house? I called another plumber that answered right away and scheduled me ASAP. I didn't like the higher bill, but I sure received quicker service elsewhere.

First and foremost we do apologize for your dissatisfaction. We do go to Indiana on a regular basis, sometimes as far as Henryville, Georgetown, Elizabeth, etc. so New Albany is not an issue as far as travel distance. We do reach out to homeowners within 24 business hours. Your work order was received on Monday, May 29, 2017 at 5:20pm from 2-10 as a Standard priority.
