Terrible customer service. No acknowledgment of the customers they serve after installation has been made. AVOID this company at all costs. Pay the little extra to go to a reputable company. You will absolutely regret going with this company. You’re home warranty may force you here, but I would highly suggest asking for someone else.
I had PlumbRight out about 1-1.5 years ago, they were unclogging my bathroom sink. During that process, the water spit out everywhere and ruined all of my products under the sink including makeup and heating products. I’m unsure why they didn’t move anything. They fixed the problem but at the expense of all of my expensive products. And then just a few weeks ago , I had plumb right out to install a toilet in our master bathroom. I also had them extract a yogurt pouch my son flushed down the toilet in the other bathroom. Befo... read more

Do not use this company. If there are any issues, they will not accept responsibility. We had a minor leak at the pressure relief valve. Since we had a home warranty, we chose to have it inspected. The technician came out and advised that based on the age and minor leak that it was better to replace than repair. The water heater was replaced on June 8th. The morning of June 11, the wires caught fire without tripping the breaker. Luckily it just melted the wires from the water heater to the house. I called Plumb Right and the... read more
PlumbRight plumbing company was recommended by my warranty service and sent a team right out to diagnose my problem and quickly fix it. They were both very professional and friendly. They not only fixed my water problem but showed me how to fix and service other things. My two large dogs started a fight right outside the bathroom and they helped me break it up. I will definitely call PlumbRight and request these guys the next time I have a plumbing or service problems. (I’ll handle the dogs myself next time).
If the two guys who just fixed my leak issue are representative of the others in this company they deserve at least FIVE STARS. They were punctual, polite, professional and downright Kentucky friendly. I will definitely call them back when I have future needs. Lisa K.
Did a great job with my hot water heater install. Fixed all my issues great techs too!
My home warranty company sent them out. I called on Monday. On Wednesday I still didn't have use of my water so I called Plumbright as I hadn't heard from them. They told me they would come Monday. My warranty company talked them into coming Wednesday. The guy who came out kept talking about emergency fees. He knowingly put the wrong cap back on my pipe and used electrical tape to secure it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PLUMBING NEEDS. Unfortunately, we were faced with sink clog issues as soon as moved into our newly remodeled house. A technician from Plumbright came out and could not resolve the issue. He was stating that the clog problem was relatively close to the sink but could not reach with the 50 feet cable he had. It sounded counter-intuitive to me. He then demanded that I pay the $100 deductible even though the problem was not resolved.
