Let me start by saying the entire Plumb Right team is amazing. I called to get an appointment, which couldn’t happen for two days, but asked to be put on a wait list in case someone cancelled the next day. Someone cancelled and they remembered to call me back to see if I’d like them to come sooner. Awesome!! Then Devon came out. For the $59 service call, he not only looked at my actual problem, but also all the other little plumbing things that I had been putting off for a while. Excellent service. Prompt, organized and thoughtful scheduling/dispatch, and knowledgeable, courteous, experienced plumber (Erik was great!). Honest work. Loved the email that was sent prior to the service that introduced Erik and a bit of a bio about him... very nice touch to feel more aquanted with someone entering your home.
