Nick did a great job replacing my hot water heater. He came on time, gave me the estimate, and did the job wonderfully. He showed me how to work the new hot water heater. He was very clean and polite.
Thomas came to my house this past week and was not only knowledgeable, but also very friendly and personable. He replaced the drain stopper, which should be an easy fix, but since it involved a pedestal sink, it wasn't. He was able to pull away only what he needed to get to the project (as opposed to the fear of having to take the entire sink out)...so a BIG THANK YOU to him for that!!! On Friday, March 15, we received a call from Plumb Right offering the opportunity to move our scheduled appointment for service on our sump pump up for one day, and we eagerly accepted. Our service person was Devon. We want you to know that we are delighted with the service that he provided! We expected that our outdoor drainage pipe was iced shut. Professional, efficient, and wonderful people to work with!
I had to have my water heater replaced today. While it isn’t a fun thing for a home owner to have to do, I liked that Plumb Right and Matthew made it as easy and efficient as possible. Unfortunately it turns out our house’s venting system was causing the exhaust to not flow in the correct direction. Matthew took the time to try to help me fix the problem, which I greatly appreciated.
