Very professional and friendly. I was able to get an appointment the same day, he arrived in the time frame given, and was able to replace my hot water heater during the same appointment, with a good explanation of my options.

Reminders. On time for appointment. Provided a wealth good advice! Discussed pros and cons of keeping roots out of sewer lines. Aware that local city government is building soft water component into new system to be completed in a year. Makes our purchase of new water softener a wasteful expense, if we can deal with hard water for a year. Advised how to dispose of water softener. Also recommended someone for mold mitigation issues.
