We had a water leak from the bathtub early Saturday morning. Called the 24 HR number and they were going to send someone out that afternoon. We have been using Plumb Level for all of our plumbing needs for over two years, and up until now have been very pleased. My wife called and scheduled them to come out to clear a clogged septic line, replace a foot long section of pvc pipe and drain our kitchen septic. A price for the work was quoted. They were here for two hours, but because the septic drain line was originally installed improperly, they were unable to repair it. That, I understand. Our plumbing problem was major as our home sewer line was broken in several places under the foundation. Using cameras, Plumb Level located the breaks and actually tunneled under the house, repaired the breaks, strengthened the foundation, refilled the tunnel and cleaned up, even resetting the flower bed borders.
