My car was NASTY with bird poop and pollen and I left with it sparkling in under 30 minutes. More like 20. Very happy with the service.

I have a black 2014 Camaro which had recently been clay bared a couple weeks prior and they completely ruined the paint. Not only were there water stains but massive swirl marks throughout, which has me question their use of "wool" mits. If you care about the appearance of your vehicle I don't recommend bringing it here.
I hate this place! Horrible service, rude managers, and they DO NOT wash with hands. They start scrubbing the car without spraying the dirt off and they use the same washing technique as the drive thru carwash! I still can't believe this place is called HAND CARWASH!
This place has the rudest service all around! !! They insisted I go to another line and wait. Then all the customers behind me were moved to the front of the line and I was then served next to last. Last time I bring my cars here. Plus last time paid 30+ for a hand car wash on my Porsche and the windows wrte filthy and the car was dirty.
