When you pay nearly fifty dollars for a “hand wash” you expect to have your car washed by hand, using clean cloths. Instead, what you get at Pleasanton Hand Car Wash is someone taking a large nylon brush to your car leaving very noticeable swirl marks. for 36.00 which is the minimum these packages start at, my car looked no different on the inside that when I brought it in. the center console in front was never touched and the back of it had the same foot prints all over it. the truck was not vacuumed. I think your price is way to high if your going to ignore the inside cleaning.

Worst car wash ever. You'd do a better job taking your car to the gas station and doing it yourself. I recommend corwood carwash in Dublin over this place. Never coming back. It was dead here on a sunny afternoon. That should have been my first red flag.

Won’t be going back. Yesterday 1 hour 45 minute wait time. Windows were not clean and didn’t vacuum the back seat. While I was there I saw at least 3 people return to complain. I went back today and the manager said I had to talk to the owner. It was going to be another hour wait. The owner locked himself in the office. They only had to hand out a rain check or discount coupon to address the problem. I’m sure they lost a lot of customers over the poor service as well as the poor customer service. $33.

I never choose to go to car wash establishments and today I was reminded why. I’m embarrassed to say I paid $35 for a hand car wash that my child could have done a better job. No vacuum, no wipe down on the inside. No effort getting bugs off my windshield. I’d like to add that my car was not even that dirty either. I’ll never go back.

Went here today for the first time. I have been going to Splashes in Livermore since they first opened but today they had an hour wait so drove back to Ptown . Wonderful service from the time I first drove in to the time I left. Very thorough on cleaning, vacuuming and dying. The owner (I assume it was), at one point exited the building with a carton of Snickers and gave each of his employees one and also proceeded to give us customers one too. Great place. I've been coming here for years. Two thumbs up! PS: If you have a black vehicle, be sure to have it waxed in their detail shop at least twice a year. Get the Express Wax any time you want, but be sure to get the Clay Wax twice a year. It's the only way to keep your black paint nice and shiny without swirl marks.
