Got the deluxe hand wash 4/3/2022 and the cleaning job was fine. Wasn’t great but wasn’t terrible. I was just happy enough to finally clean my car. The quality of the wash is not why I’m leaving such a poor review. I’m leaving such a poor review because the proclaimed “manager” (I’m thinking he’s also being referenced as the owner in other reviews here) was extraordinarily RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. They deserve negative 5 stars if there existed such ratings....extremely rude and insulting....rather threatening owner... I went there today for car detailing while I was talking to one of the employees ....a guy Who seems like the owner started yelling at me to take my car out of his property, used very abusive language and threatening body language...even stepped out of his car in anger to hurt me...I left the car wash in total shock that this could happen in the area we living in...what I found out that these owners are ... read more
Despite all the bad reviews I still wanted to give this place a chance. I took my car for cleaning, but it was still dirty with spots in obvious spots. Those spots were not hard to clean at all. When I got home I cleaned it with Clorox wipes so easily. I can’t believe they have missed those dirt in the obvious spots. Under car seats had not been vacuumed well as well. I have attached the few photos of the places that could be cleaned do easily but had not been.
The worst in the tri-valley, been here twice and every time I have to ask them if they vacuumed and in both incidents it was an excuse for why they didn’t (vacuum machine not working or “ooooh sorry we forgot the front of the car”). What’s worse is that their manager on duty this time when i informed her she not only did not nothing but complained that I shouldn’t expect a detailing service since I’m only paying $45 !!
The car wash is OK but they tack on extra services that you didn’t ask for and charge you. I had to go back and ask them why they added their RainX package when I didn’t ask them to. I got it in the end, but felt cheated since I didn’t ask for it in the first place. Please be clear about services being offered and the price before they start working on the car. I’ve been a customer for 8 years but won’t be coming here next time.
