We have been coming here for years. To make a long story short, the do an excellent job and if something isn't right, they will make it right. I would not keep coming back if it were not for the owners and staff running it.
When I checked in first thing I was talked down to. I waited for A long time. I watched them dry my car . They were laughing and goofing off. When they waved me to get my car, which by the way is 2017 Honda. I walked over to find pollen on my car. I pointed it out to them. They wiped it. There was a scratch on my hood. Told me it must have been from the freeway, a rock or something. Then when I got home noticed they had not vaccumm my passenger seat. I am not going back ever again. For $31.00 I expect A LOT MORE!!!!!
Been coming here for over a decade with 3 different cars but this time they scratched up the hood pretty bad. Spoke to the manager and it was a waste of time as he insisted "something may have hit the car on the freeway or something". Interior was also not very clean. Will never go there again.
I have been having my car washed here for years and they never disappoint. Always do a great job and are friendly folks.
1 hour 40 minutes for a wash & wax... never again
