Staff is excellent. I arrived on time and didn't have to wait.
Today was a special dental visit. I went in the office dreading having a temporary bridge removed, more impressions made and another temporary bridge put back on, along with waiting for weeks for the permanent bridge to be made at the lab and returning to have the bridge installed and hoping it for right. I arrived early and they started my service in a matter of minutes. Dr. Hadley and all of the staff very helpful.
I had a cleaning and a diagnosis today. Although the diagnosis was unfortunate ($$$$), I was actually happy that it came from Dr. Hadley, a man I trust to be an honest straight shooter. He's a real hoot, a man who can deliver bad news and your only reaction is a smile. As in Pleasant View Smiles. If you're looking for a great dentist, you can't do better than Dr. Hadley.
The staff is very friendly and professional. They made it a pleasurable experience.
