A prescription for my cat was setting on fax machine since 9:53 am. I called at 5:45 same day and it yet it was not faxed yet. I would only be doing this because they charge double of what can find online. Ellen who answered the phone told me I was "unrealistic" to think a prescription could be faxed back for my precious cat could not be completed in a couple of hours. She initially refused to give me her name. So I dont know if this was her name or not. No apology, no sorry, nothing. Dissapointed.
Best vet experience we have ever had! Felt at home from the moment we walked in the door! We got a little behind on our pet’s needs and they didn’t shame us! They were so helpful and amazing!
My cats have seen several of the doctors and they are all great! The staff are always kind and accommodating.
The love and true joy shown for each pet by the staff is wonderful. Vets are knowledgeable, and technicians are very helpful. Not bad pricing either.
I was a client of Pleasant Valley Veterinary Clinic for at least 20 years, I wish there with the original Doctor Carmichael and there when his son came in. there are not enough words in the English language to express my gratitude for the wonderful care that my sweet babies were given. dr. Brad is still my go-to Vet when I want the opinion that helps me make a decision about the care that my pugs are getting now that I live in Virginia. I can't wait to move back to Pittsburgh so I can once again receive the best care ever.
My husband and I have been taking our pets to Pleasant Valley Veterinary for many years. We consider the entire staff part of our family since we entrust our furbabies lives to them. When we have to leave one of our pets for a dental, etc., we know he or she is in loving hands and will be treated with the utmost care. Dr. Andrea and Dr. Wells keep me calm when I panic over a sick pet. Pleasant Valley Veterinary is simply the best!
Pleasant Valley Veterinary Clinic has once again surpassed all my expectations! Dr. Mike Pensenstadler is caring, compassionate and extremely intelligent. I wouldn’t take my dog to anyone else! My almost 12 year old German Shepherd has mobility issues and I was concerned how I would get him in for his appointment.
