We came to Pleasant Valley for a second opinion for my mom's dog, Ben due to an injury to his back leg! I just want to say Dr. Elizabeth Hart was Fantastic, she checked Ben really well and did confirm his injury and gave us the options! Every Staff Member was so nice and professional! The clinic was very clean! So if you're looking for a great Veterinarian Clinic I would definitely consider Pleasant Valley!
my first visit to a new vet and my last. The vet mishandled my cat and took her into a room of dogs... I said don't do that...she did incident occurred. In Ca where I moved from, the vets have separate entrances and exits for cats and dogs. This was outrageous and Not ok ... my cat wasn't feeling well... you don't put cats and dogs in the same room...recipe for disaster which it was....never again
We had our sick puppy infront of 4 different vets last year. Once we started seeing Dr Rebecca at PV, he started to get better because they properly diagnosed him. Not to mention I was there two weeks ago and mentioned to Dr Knox (h2p) I was getting married. When we got home from our honeymoon this was in the mailbox! Thank you so much! You guys are truly the best!
Our family pet Midnight who was 12 yrs old suddenly became sick, so I took her to see Dr. Hawkins. The Dr was very warm hearted & caring as her staff was too. I knew that our Midnight was suffering and only had a short time to showered with our loved. A week later I received a very nice sympathy card with words of comfort hand written by the dr. & staff. I know these folks all have a ❤️ and the love for our furry friends. Many thanks to the entire staff for adding a touch of comfort to our family!!!!
We unfortunately had to put down our dog recently. It was a truly heartbreaking experience for our family. I cannot tell you how kind and lovely Dr. Knox and the staff were. Dr. Knox took the time to have multiple phone conversations with me and my husband. The care they showed for my dog, Cooper, and for my family, was outstanding. The kindness they showed at a very difficult time will never be forgotten.
I have been with pleasant valley for 13 years and they are absolutely wonderful! They have helped me care for my aging cat over the years with various medical issues and eventually guided me when it was time to say goodbye to her. They were so kind and compassionate, I truly felt like they cared about the pain that we were going through and did everything they could to help.
