Took our 2 exotic shorthairs in for their first exams with this practice and we were very impressed. The staff and vet techs are very efficient and considerate, and "Dr. Mike" was wonderful. After 3 generations of exotics who have been treated at varying veterinary practices, I can say that the exam they had at Pleasant Valley was the most comprehensive and professional any of my cats have ever had. Seventeen years and 3 Kitties makes me a longtime client; I wouldn't consider another place for my pets' care! Compassionate & knowledgeable are two words to describe the entire staff; their kindness & loving comments about & to every pet who visits their office is sincere. We are new to the state and always worry about quality care for our fur kids. My three visits have been exceptional. I made an appt yesterday for my cat. I was told 145 tomorrow (but it was actually scheduled for 145 next Friday). I got there, they were closed but saw me anyway! We were there to say goodbye to our 'kibbins' and I couldn't see leaving to come back another day.
