I brought my newly adopted kitty here today, and everyone was absolutely pleasant, cheerful, and well prepared! The appointment went very quick, and they treated my Kitty amazingly well all throughout her first checkup. I recommend this veterinary clinic to everyone. I will be sticking with this office.

I have been taking my ferrets here for the past three years and recommend them to anyone who asks where to take their pets. I even further recommend them after my experience yesterday. During a routine check up and vaccination appointment, two of my four ferrets had a vaccine reaction, which can occasionally happen in ferrets. It was one of the scariest experiences I’ve ever had as a pet parent. I simply want to thank the folks at Pleasant Valley for the compassion shown to my wife, our puppy and myself this past week when we had to bring our 17 year old Silky Terrier Sadie to be put to sleep. Dr. Andrea and team led us through a very difficult time with loving care and concern. They got us in immediately and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. I cannot praise them enough. Today I had to take one of our dogs in. A relative had been watching him and upon returning home we realized he was having some issues. They were able to get him in quickly, diagnose the issue and sent us on our way with medicine to clear up the infection. I know this is a very stressful time for businesses but everyone I interacted with on the phone and in person were all very pleasant and helpful. I had my first visit a couple weeks ago and the whole process went smoothly. The techs and veterinarian were all wonderful. I’m happy I chose them for the care of my 3 year old lab after moving in to the area.
Honey and I absolutely love Pleasant Valley and it’s staff! They have been taking great care of my girl and she is doing much better because of their experience and the fact that they honestly love all the pets that come through. Thank you so much !
My family has brought our pets here since we moved to the area 20 years ago. The vets and staff are all very kind & knowledgeable. I particularly like how willing and open they are to consulting one another to provide the best possible care for your animals. While our animals have seen just about all the vets here, Dr. Wells and Dr. Knox are especially excellent.
