They gave me my dog back sick and got all my other puppies sick! They lied about the paperwork they gave me which stated treated for diarrhea and were nothing but rude! All my dogs suffered from dog flu, it cost me a fortune to get every one sick! They not acknowledging any fault of theirs, and they even got rude over the phone and said send them a copy of their own paperwork! It cost me a ton of money to get all my dogs back to health! I love pleasant valley animal hospital staff members. And the did take of my dog Becky surgery and I thank pleasant valley animal hospital for that. Becky is doing fine now.
The entire PVAH staff is always warm and supportive.
