Pleasant Valley Animal Hospital, Dr Uranko, and all the staff are excellent. We received a wonderful 1st birthday card for our puppy and they have seen our family through the care and passing of our prior dog like he was a member of their own family.

Even though I can’t go in with my kittens each time they go, the staff makes me feel at ease as well as my babies! They love what they do and it shows!

Today my French bulldog puppy escaped through a small gap in our fence. I called PV Animal Hospital at 10:42 asking if anybody had taken a black Frenchie there to be seen. (We didn’t know if she had been found injured.) The receptionist clearly heard the desperation in my voice, but nobody had taken her. Less than an hour later, the amazing woman who found my dog took her to PV Animal Hospital to have her chip scanned and be reunited with us. The office SENT HER HOME for not having an appointment. Are KIDDING me? A stranger ... read more

I adopted an 8 year old yellow lab from Texas in April, during the height of Covid. A week and a day after I got her she was in horrible pain. Dr Uranko told me to bring her right in. It turned out Bella was pregnant in labor! They called in extra staff and Bella had an emergency C section that afternoon. The rescue I got her from had a vet letter saying Bella was spayed! Dr Uranko called for several days to make sure Bella and her puppies were doing well. Excellent vet, excellent staff, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They tre... read more

We have been coming to this vet for 12 years. I LOVE them, honest and caring veterinary staff. I also love Kim the groomer, she does an AMAZING job and you can tell the effort she puts into pampering your furry kids. I always have, and will continue to recommend them!

I dont know what I would have done without the Vet Tech, Meghan Ramos. over the last year, our visits every month, she has been amazing. my fiona was over 20lb in the fall and now is 14.7. Fiona was very unhealthy and unhappy. Honestly if it wasnt for her I fear Fiona's life would have only gone down hill. fiona plays, is happy and spends a lot of time with us now. thank you, Meg. you're the best!

Was a client for a number of years, with Covid going on they refused to see my puppy with a broken foot for a bandage change. Could you imagine a people doctor refusing to see a person because they are sick? unimaginable. They used to be good but something change or someone bought them. prices went sky high. Any promotions they had, like 1st visit for you animal was free all disappeared without warning. Find a different Vet Service.
