We love And highly recommend Pleasant Valley Animal Hospital! Staff is very friendly and accommodating! Never have an issue getting an appointment with them. Our American Bulldog sees Dr Trish and she is AMAZING with her!!! Dr.Trish is very down to earth. Takes her time with each visit, and answers all of your questions.
A huge shout-out to Dr. Uranko and staff! Thank You for taking wonderful care of my furry child today. Just two and 1/2 weeks or so ago, I had to drop my husband off at the ER. I was not allowed to go in, nor was I allowed to visit him while he was admitted to the hospital. I understand and respect the new protocols in place due to COVID-19. I had my cat Slappy here recently for a rather in-depth dental procedure and can’t be more pleased with the results. Slappy is like a new cat now! He is running around and playing with his sister Frida as if he were a kitten again! I could not be happier with the care Slappy received from Dr Nicole and the staff. I was pleased to receive a follow up phone call just days later to see how Slappy was recovering. I highly recommend this hospital and their wonderful staff!
We frighteningly found out that we could not depend on this vet practice when we needed them most. We will not be returning to your practice because of your protocol. Handing over our pets in the parking lot is not what I consider genuine good vet care. My dog was misdiagnosed because of this procedure and if you cared about your clients and animals you would be taking one client in at a time instead of doing the drive through version.
