i had a tooth extraction it went well and i recovered well
I never exspericed a more pleasant dental visit . The office was nice clean . Reception very friendly. The doc was awesome courteous and exsplained everything he was doing . And did a wonderful surgery and abstract . First time i felt no pain before are after my dental visit. Excellent job!!!!! Thanks !!!!!
As a new patient I was made comfortable while I waited. A beverage was offered when the wait was a little longer than anticipated. All procedures and possible complications were explained along with possible cost. For a long overdue dental appointment, the visit went well due to the level of care provided by everyone from receptionist to the dentist.
The staff were real friendly and the doctor and assitant explained everything so I could understand.
Very quick! I was in and out and I loved that!
Because of the detail work that needed to be done I was not very happy at returning, but the fault is mine for ignoring my cavity until my tooth broke, but I was very apprehensive at coming I was worried about the pain but I did not experience too much with the shots and I did not want to be in the chair so long but it took 3 1/2 hours and while that is a long time I can say it was worth it.
Staff are really friendly and the doctors real clear about their work.
The employees were nice & explained everything great. The confirming of the appointment was a little confusing but everything turned out great! I will definitely use them again.
Pleasant Grove Dental is a good office to have your work done, but I would like to see more of the Doctor.
