My visit was pleasant! This comes from someone who has been deathly afraid of dentists. My medical info was addressed at the beginning of the visit and made me feel like the team was interested in doing what was best for me.

I have an appointment with Dr. J on Monday, May 12th, with the treatment plan of 1,500. Wondering if I could set up a payment plan of $500 on May 12th, then $500 in June and the final $500 in July?

Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the hygienist to Dr. Jorgenson were, well, pleasant. My decision to decline fluoride treatment was respected. Not something you'll see in every dentist's office.
