What a great experience. This is "big city" professionalism in a small rural community. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Jorgenson and his staff.
A "Pleasant" Experience! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very considerate.
We were listened to and treated with respect. All procedures were thoroughly explained ahead of time, and every effort was made to ensure that we knew our options. I appreciated how well we were treated, and I felt Dr. Jorgenson makes every effort to try to provide his patients with the best possible care available. I am delighted he works toward encouraging client responsibility for proper nutritional health to ensure optimal oral health. Marcia Giese was very kind, unhurried, and professional with a gentle manner.
My initial experience with Pleasant Avenue Dentistry has been very positive. The staff are genuinely friendly and professional. I feel welcome and at ease. My exam and evaluation were both thoroughly explained. All of my questions were addressed. I am actually looking forward to my future appointments. It is a first for me to actually look forward to going to the dentist office! I have complete confidence that I will be pleased with the end results.
The name says it all. Great friendly people, they are professional, helpful and courteous. My wife and I live 250 miles away, we schedule our appointments to coincide with our being at the cabin
