I started out really liking this physician. I began going through a divorce, had to move, had to drop out of nursing school and get two jobs. I cancelled three appointments and received a NASTY certified letter discontinuing the doctor/patient relationship. Mind you, I did not "NO SHOW." I called well in advance to cancel due to conflicting schedules with one of my two jobs. They also stated in the letter they had "called me several times" which was a lie.
