Recently I had a 7 night (8/29-9/5) stay at Plaza and it was simply wonderful. Despite the disruptions of the pandemic my friends and I still had a wonderful stay, and Plaza and it's team offered the best they could given the new guidelines. My friend and I stayed in a Mountain facing, Luxe room-#1909 of the North Tower and were pleased with the modern decor and amenities of the room. I like it also is clean nice room . Today we have room in also kitchen two bathrooms the one is only toilet 🚽 in the one with shower !!!!
Was excited to stay at this Fremont classic; and got a great deal on Groupon, but it was less than impressive. We asked for an upgraded room if it was possible & received a standard room but with renovations- and I’m glad we did because the appearance in the south tower hallways where the non-renovated rooms were- was pretty old, dirty and gloomy looking. Favorite hotel/casino in Vegas. Love the old school feel.
Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Even the manager was rude. I booked for the “old School” special but forgot to click a box to include the special so management told me even though I booked ahead online through the ad they refused to honor it. Rooms are outdated, empty, and smell old. Left almost immediately after seeing the room and will never return.
