The front hotel desk manager Jennifer “” does not care about reviews or customer service she rather Charger $25 resort fee to locals ,to locals who do not want to stay in A run down room , due to it being dirty stinky and it’s non functioning amenities. After multiple phone calls and waiting in line twice after checking into room not being able to stay there. She said she could not return my resort fee because it was over an hour . Just cool old school fun!! Beautiful. Had dinner at Oscars and it was wonderful and our waiter very knowledgeable and great personality!!
Great old style Vegas with a modern upgrade on the whole property. Jossel has done so much to make the property a must visit every time we are in Las Vegas.

I love the hotel, nice place nice location and employment are the best — at Plaza Hotel & Casino.
The casino is decent but the hotel is questionable at best. We were charged for a room upgrade. If it is an upgrade I would hate to see the non upgraded rooms. I am upset over the upcharge this after we ran up a 644 dollar bar bill at the pool bar, ate in all their restaurants and gambled heavily for 7 days. We always get so much more from The Golden Nugget and other casinos we stay at. We normally organize travel in groups. This time we brought 5 other couples with us to the Plaza.
