Many years ago I had a less than satisfying encounter with a dentist. In all honesty it kept me from seeking dental care for far too long. The kind and professional staff at Plaza have made me a believer in dental care again. I was treated with dignity and in a very non judge mental way. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. The new journey of my dental health took a great first step today. Thanks to all the staff at Plaza.
I was left a voicemail on the way to my first appt to tell me they needed something from my previous Dentist. I called and ask my previous Dentist to send over my records (which I thought was already done). As I walked into appointment I was told I had to reschedule or pay out of pocket $43 to do whatever is was they needed as insurance wouldn’t cover. I have been seeing Dr. Lisenby for several years now. While I still don't like going to the dentist, I have to say the staff and Dr. Lisenby are the best ever. I would recommend them to anyone who doesn't like going to the dentist. They are up front and honest about what needs to be done without pressuring you to do it.
Let me start by saying I am terrified of dentist more than anyone. This place is amazing! From my first visit to the day of the work I needed (today), the entire staff has been the nicest. They really make the environment and whole process as smooth as it can be. Really changed my mind about dentistry for the better!
Horrible experience! Went it for a cleaning and came out with my filling missing. Was not told about it but I looked when I got home and it was gone. Called back of course the office was closed no way to leave a message. Called at 8:03 the following morning and was told someone would call me back. 3:45 no call I called back then they said they left me a message to come in the next day.... no message on my phone but I’ll play... I think Dr. Lisenby is the best. He's not only well-educated and knowledgeable in his profession, but is caring and compassionate in his care. After a life time of dental problems, I have become a great critique when it comes to my dental needs. Dr. Lisenby surpasses my high standards. Thanks Doc!
I just had a cleaning today with Tina and, as usual, everyone was pleasant, polite and professional. Dr. Lisenby was at a dental conference but my experience was wonderful. The cleaning was painless and extremely effective. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now!! Thanks PDG!
I have been going to Plaza Dental Group for years. I LOVE the staff and Dr Lisenby is amazing! My dental hygienist, Tina is fantastic! If your looking for a great dentist with an awesome staff than Plaza Dental Group is where you need to be!!!! Thank you for being GREAT!!!!!
