I had not yet established an orthodontist here in Missouri, and when I was faced with trouble with my permanent bottom retainer, I made a few calls around the Columbia area. With every place I called, other than Plaza Dental Group, I was very displeased with the lack of help or willingness to fit me into the schedule and fix a problem that was very bothersome and painful. I came to Plaza Dental after 8 years of not seeing anyone for dental care. My initial appointment was primarily x-rays and a consultation, and focused on a plan of action moving ahead. My appointment today was the first deep cleaning and descaling of the build up I had. Never had I been anesthetized before using a needle, and I was nervous to say the least. My daughter had an appointment with them that was in the works for a while and they called the day of just an hour before appointment to tell me they don’t take her insurance at her age. I said fine I’ll pay out of pocket, they said oh no we don’t go around insurance company’s. I’ve never had any dr’s office tell me they wouldn’t accept cash! Will never call or refer anyone to Plaza.

My experiences with Dr. Graham were fine. However, my billing has being screwed up horribly every single time. This wasn't once or twice, it is every time I have work done. Unfortunately I'll be on the hunt for a new dentist in Columbia.
