They are always kind, caring and compassionate when it comes to our family. Dr. Pickens made sure the kids dental experience was as pleasant as could be. So now that the kids are older and there are new dentists, they aren’t terrified to go. I also love that we can get all our dental needs taken care of in one group. Beyond disappointed. I was a new patient. I had a dental and orthodontist exam as well as two x-rays. I switched my work schedule around so I could have a day off to get my braces on. I get a call the day before saying they didn’t do a thorough enough exam and we need to reschedule my braces appointment. This was the worst experience ever because the providers made a mistake. There was no apology, no solution. A complete waste of time. I am not happy.
I absolutely love the Doctors and everyone there . They are so friendly and family oriented. They did an awesome job putting my Daughter’s Braces in
Dr. Chenot and all of the staff at Plaza Dental are AMAZING. I have never been comfortable in the dentist chair, however the staff at Plaza Dental put me at ease. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Chenot. I am so happy I chose Plaza Dental!

I just started going to plaza dental group Columbia and my experience is absolutely amazing. Nice friendly staff that really make you feel like family. Their attentiveness is refreshing!
