The company I was in was amazing, the food was okay but the service was horrible; any side item is an additional fee, when I finally relented, I was over charged, they thought I didn't notice but I was charged for a full meal when I ordered off the lunch meal...there were so many discrepancies I grew tired of complaining....needless to say, I will not be attending that establishment again in this lifetime...Maybe I will give it a try in my next life just to see if there are any improvements...
Very busy. My mojito drink was too strong and it didn't even have mint leaves in it. Instead it had limes galore! Maybe I should had gotten up and done it myself. Won't order any more drinks there.
HORRID service. Four of us went, sat in the bar at a table - no one came to clean the dishes of the prior guests until we found someone and told them to do so - it was at least 10 minutes of being completely ignored in the bar area at that! Then after he cleaned the table we waited another several minutes for the waiter to come over to take drink orders (2 sodas, 2 waters). We ordered 3 dinners - only 2 came out. Worst service I've ever had. We had to ask if anyone was waiting on our table because no one was coming over. Half our table didn't even get food. Seriously what restaurant brings half the tables order. Then we had to point out half our table didn't get served because again NOBODY was waiting on our table. Manager seemed to care less. Judging by the fact not one person there including the manager seemed to care I'm guessing that's the norm there now. Too bad it was once a good place.
