Not only did our waiter get our order wrong and make us wait the longest I've ever waited at a restaurant, we got the bill and the flavored margaritas were $18 each. Our entrees didn't even cost that much! I brought it up to someone at the front desk on the way out and they were incredibly rude, asking if I asked for a price, since it wasn't listed on the menu. We decided to stop by Plaza Azteca for one drink. First time for us. We said, "why not"! We were on Christmas vacation it was an experience to have with my wife. We sat at the bar and ordered two margaritas. Bartender asked what kind of tequila did we want. She began to mention the names of tequilas. We chose Don Julio. She came back with the drinks and the bill. I was surprised to see that it cost $14.99 for each drink. Mr. Gonzales, our prices are set at the industry standard. As in the case of any business, once finished eating or drinking any item it needs to be paid. We would be forced to call the police because you were refusing to pay. That is called theft. Im sorry but that’s not anyone’s wrong doing but yours. When visiting any establishment in the future, if the prices are not listed it would behoove yourself to ask for the price before hand ensuring you are not surprised when the check arrives. Terrible. Had a gift card for 60. And the waiter having 2 cards on his person tells me I only have 10 on my card [SCAM) I get the Manager/Owner involved who owns another one I Manchester Ct.. He tells me know my waiter is correct. I guess I am a Sucker. Will be call g Channel 7 News in the her future because I think this is a Scam by the Manager/half owner.
