Cameras still don't work even tho they're risking legal repercussions. One day someone's apartment is going to get broken into and the liability is going to fall on the association due to their negligence.
Dirty grounds and dirty people they throw garbage and don't pick up their trash and nobody cares about it
Any 5 star rating on this neighborhood is absolutely b.s. do not rent here or buy property here all they care about is charging association fees and they don't care about your safety. Gates left wide open all day, security camera that they admitted don't work, security guard only comes at night and stays on the other side of the neighborhood. And when you call the association to get help you will always be at fault with whatever problem your having. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO AVOID STRESS AND FRUSTRATION
