Visited on 30/07/25 at around 1:50pm. 2 female workers were behind the counter talking and didn’t greet us. We continued to walk around going next to the counter, made eye contact with one of them and still was not greeted or offered assistance. Do not reccomend shopping in this store and just reading some other reviews it’s a regular occurrence.
Great selections of shoes; I got myself some Skechers and shoes for my kids, really helpful. I will be back again after these wear out :) Thanks to the lady and staff that were there on the Tuesday.
I dont normaly write review but though this was needed, Went to platypus shoes at dapto mall on Sunday (10/11/24) the 2 staff that worked there where talking to each other and didn't even acknowledge me and my wife when we walked into the store. Even after waiting for support from the staff they continued their conversation and ignored me and my wife completely we were also the only customers in the store at this time. This is poor customer service and beyond rude
Great selection of shoes and staff at Platypus Shoes Dapto, The New Assistant Manager helped me and the kids with our shoes last week. Thanks Again. I appreciate the help.
