Wonderful place with wonderful people. Great place all around.
The WORST customer service. I was lied to, and overcharged. They are NOT an electronic office, and cannot receive prescription refill requests electronically. I waited over 1 week, and when I called to find out what happened, I was told I had to see the Dr. When I asked why wasn't I called earlier, she said"well I'm telling you now". I had called earlier in the day and was told it would be taken care of. When I confronted the office manager, I was told that's not how this office works and we can't service you.
