The finest example of gross incompetence in Healthcare. Providers do nothing but blood work, office visit, repeat. They soak you for co-pays to keep the place rolling. Paperwork is never properly completed, forwarded and they lie to cover up their tracks. Complete waste of time. This place is a joke!
RecommendedFirst visit today after a serious accident a few days ago. Went to emergency room although this visit made me feel more in the loop on what to do to get better. The staff, nurse and doctor were amazing!! Thank you very much!!
I truly feel that this office cares. Follow up calls and even a kind hand written card in the mail. My medical journey has been difficult and those gestures may be small, but they mean so much. Dr. Alex is a pleasure to work with, as well as the amazing nursing and front office staff. Like your card says, thanks for treating me like “family.” 😊
the worst health care facility in Plattsburgh. extremely rude to guests. There's always a co-pay, even when just having a meeting with a doctor, to get a referral to go to another. extremely condescending behavior. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY. If you want to be seen by someone, that genuinely cares about your health and concerns, this is not the place to go. The trip to Vermont to see a different doctor (if needed), is absolutely worth it. I should have read these Reviews before even making an appt. First I am cancer patient, stage IV. I printed and completed all forms before my appt, I had copy of my insurance card and benefits to show I was at 100%, I went in with all the information and they told me they never heard of my insurance so I had to pay a "deposit" of $75 I pointed out the proof I was at 100%, I ended up walking out. Absolutely horrendous service. Paperwork never gets sent to where it needs to go. You will end up spending hours and hours on the phone trying to fix their mistakes. Sick of waiting over an hour for my appointment. Nonstop issues here. Forget it. Go someplace else that will actually take care of you!
wonderful caring staff. I am a new patient and the staff has e ade this transition every easy.
Had a diabetic check up there and was not impressed. if Dr. Beach is over seeing/helping with the diabetic part then someone needs to let him know what is going on. First of all my wait time was over an hour. Then when I did get in they couldn’t download my pump nor could they take my A1C’s. The doctor left and I didn’t see her for another 20 minutes. They could give a sh*t and follow law. Non medical personnel provided test results that were wrong then refused to provide medical records when requested and belittled my concerns and over all were,more concerned about office policy and getting their way than taking care of the health of their patient.
